Net Sales Increased 329% and Gross Margin Grew 33% in 2010

Net sales increased 329% from $585,285 for the year ending December 31, 2009 to $2,514,340 for the year ending December 31, 2010. The increase in sales is primarily attributable to increased sales capacity in data backup and managed services with the July 2010 acquisition of SafeData, LLC.
